Free furniture collection from your home or business
If an item is too large to fit in your car, we offer a free furniture collection service . We can collect within a 10 mile radius of our Furniture & Home Charity Warehouse store in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent (ST1 5NT) .
We rely on your continued support and kind donations to keep us going and always do our utmost to sell, recycle or otherwise get an income from everything you give us.
We are happy to accept most household items but there are some exceptions for either legal or practical reasons. This includes soft furnishings without a fire label, safety items, baby equipment or any item that is not in a saleable condition. Please read our list of things we can and can’t accept.
Drop-off in person
The Donation Station at our Furniture & Home Charity Warehouse is the place to drop-off of donated items during shop hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 10am – 4pm Saturdays).
We would appreciate donations of items in resellable condition, including furniture, bric-a-brac, household goods, clothing, books, records, CDs, DVDs and more. Please read our list of things we can and can’t accept.
