There are still so many young children without a proper bed of their own.
Each time we raise £199, we will gift a Bed Pack (with a brand-new bed, mattress and bedding) to a local child in Stoke-on-Trent or our surrounding areas.
Many people living in poverty simply cannot afford basic furniture. Our charity, Emmaus North Staffs, works to tackle furniture poverty by providing essential furniture to people in need. In recent times, we’ve sadly seen a big increase in the number of families asking for beds for their children.
No child should sleep on the floor
Unfortunately, children sleeping on floors or sharing beds is the stark reality faced by many families in desperate need. It’s heart-breaking and we want to change this – which is why we launched Beds for Kids.
Having very little sleep, or no sleep, can have a serious affect on all of us, and even more so the physical and mental development of a young child in their formative years.

Can you help give a child a good night’s sleep?
Each £199 raised will enable us to provide a complete Bed Pack (with a brand-new bed, mattress and bedding) for a local child in Stoke-on-Trent or our surrounding areas.
Our charity often receives requests for double beds too and we can offer these to support two children at once. Each Bunk Bed Bundle includes a brand-new study bunk bed, mattresses and bedding. The cost of a Bunk Bed Bundle is £499 due to the increased cost of a safe and strong bunk bed that will last the test of time.
Your donation, however much you can spare, will help towards the ongoing costs of delivering Beds for Kids in our local area.
