We are thrilled to announce our Felixstowe shop has reopened! We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready to reopen our doors. We’ve reorganised our shop floor and have a number of safety measures in place to protect our staff, volunteers and customers. We ask all customers to wear masks as per government guidelines and we have a one way system through out the shop. We are offering hand sanitiser on entry and we ask everyone to respect our social distancing policy of no more than four people in the shop at one time.

Our volunteers have been making face masks using recycled material during lockdown. These upcycled face coverings are now available at our shops for a donation. Our refillable household and ecological products are also available to purchase so you can refill your cleaning products again. Vintage, vinyl, books and CDs have moved upstairs. We have also received a kind donation of two vans full of good quality clothes and shoes from Emmaus Cambridge. Come in and check out our new clothing section to see if there’s anything to add to your wardrobe!

Opening times

Our Felixstowe shop will be open Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. The address is 10-12 Great Eastern Square, Felixstowe IP11 7DY. There is plenty of free parking at the rear of the site.

Donations

We will be holding donation day every 4th Saturday at our Felixstowe shop. We cannot accept donations at any other time due to quarantine issues. Keep an eye on our social media for an update on when the next donation day will be.

Keeping everyone safe whilst shopping

To ensure the safety of our team and all visitors, we have carried out a risk assessment for reopening and put in place measures to minimise the risk of virus transmission.

Please avoid visiting our site if you or members of your household have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or feel unwell in any way.

We’d be grateful if customers avoided visiting in large groups.
