Emmaus Suffolk works with vulnerable, socially isolated or long-term unemployed people and those at risk of homelessness across the county. Read more about their stories and those of our staff and trustees here.
Becoming a volunteer at Emmaus Suffolk has transformed my life. It has given me a sense of wellbeing; a sense of purpose. I no longer feel like I am just wasting away. There’s always someone there to talk to, I smile more now, and I properly laugh.
It’s about investing, but not about investing money. It’s about investing time and energy into creating an environment in which our companions can thrive.
Due to Tier 4 restrictions, all of our charity shops are currently closed and we are not able to accept any donations.
If you have a collection or delivery booked, we will be in touch to rearrange this.
We look forward to welcoming you back when the restrictions are lifted.
