Are you unemployed, looking for work and wanting to learn new skills? This free woodwork course may be for you.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10am-2.30pm, you could learn how to repair furniture, use hand tools and make small items for the home and garden. These lessons are funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and will need to be booked ahead of time with Brett Bowman. To enquire further or book please email [email protected]

 Main Duties:

  • Attending 3 sessions a week for the duration of the programme
  • Learning how to make small items for the home and garden
  • Learning how to repair furniture
  • Learning how to use hand tools

Requirements:

  • Unemployed or economically inactive
  • Over the age of 16
  • You have the right to live & work in the UK

Experience Required:

  • No experience required; you are taught everything you need to know

Time Commitment:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 2.30pm
