If you love to package and help with dispatching sold items, then this role might be for you. We get a wide range of items sold on eBay every day that need finding, packaging and dispatching to our customers. Our eBay Dispatch Assistants are essential to help us meet our 48-hour turnaround from when our items are sold to getting them dispatched.

Main Duties:

  • Identify sold items each day (these items have a 48-hour turnaround from being sold to getting dispatched)
  • Find the sold item in storage & quality check it scrupulously
  • Package items correctly & efficiently, ensuring items – particularly fragile ones – do not get damaged in transit

Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Conscientious & takes pride in their work
  • Ability to take constructive feedback
  • Positive & helpful can-do attitude

Experience Required:

  • No experience required
  • Experience with online sales or packaging would be useful

Time Commitment:

  • Monday – Saturday, 9am-5pm
  • We ask our eBay Dispatch Assistants to volunteer at least once a week
