If you love to package and help with dispatching sold items, then this role might be for you. We get a wide range of items sold on eBay every day that need finding, packaging and dispatching to our customers. Our eBay Dispatch Assistants are essential to help us meet our 48-hour turnaround from when our items are sold to getting them dispatched.
Main Duties:
- Identify sold items each day (these items have a 48-hour turnaround from being sold to getting dispatched)
- Find the sold item in storage & quality check it scrupulously
- Package items correctly & efficiently, ensuring items – particularly fragile ones – do not get damaged in transit
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Conscientious & takes pride in their work
- Ability to take constructive feedback
- Positive & helpful can-do attitude
Experience Required:
- No experience required
- Experience with online sales or packaging would be useful
Time Commitment:
- Monday – Saturday, 9am-5pm
- We ask our eBay Dispatch Assistants to volunteer at least once a week
