After your amazing support of our Christmas Meal Appeal we’re thrilled that this Easter you’ll have another chance to give back to the local community and show kindness to others.
We’re proud to offer affordable food scheme to our customers including our popular ‘One Pot Wonder’ weekly special at just £3.50 for a nutritious, healthy meal. We aim to support people struggling financially and alleviate the financial pressure people feel while dining out. This spring our Meal Appeal gives customers the chance to pay a little more for their meal giving diners the chance to pay it forward and gift a hot drink or lunch to someone facing financial difficulties.
Our previous Meal Appeal in December raised an amazing £1,744 for our charity and funded over 500 meals for vulnerable people. Demand for our One Pot Wonder meals is on the increase, and we’re in need of more support to keep the scheme going.
As many of us gather to celebrate with loved ones and good food, Emmaus Suffolk wants to ensure that everyone has a nutritious meal this Easter. The Easter Meal Appeal kicks off on the Tuesday 27th of April and supporters can donate in store at The Royal Oak or support the appeal online here

We know that money is tight for a lot of people right now, and we hope that this appeal can help us keep our One Pot Wonder affordable for as many customers as possible. Rounding up your coffee or lunch bill by £1.50 will make a big difference to those facing with financial instability.”
The spring celebrations continue at The Royal Oak with an Easter Fair hosted at The Royal Oak on Saturday 23rd March, from 10am – 4pm. The event is perfect for families with an Easter egg hunt, craft activities and a range of stalls from local artists and businesses to browse. Proceeds from event will go towards supporting our wellbeing hubs.
