Volunteers are an invaluable resource as they give us their time, dedication, skills and knowledge to support the work we do here at Emmaus Hertfordshire. Our volunteers work alongside staff and companions in a number of roles, front line retail jobs through to training and support of our companions. We have both public-facing and “behind-the-scenes” rolls available.
We can be flexible on the hours our volunteers work, and as well as helping to support a local charity, all volunteers receive lunch in our community and 20% off items in our shops.
We’re looking for a volunteer to come on board as our Volunteer Social Media Assistant to support us creating and posting content and sharing experiences across various social media platforms. Accessing a wider audience will help attract more donations which will allow us to enhance our social enterprise activities.
