Our team

Our staff team is made up of a small but dedicated team of passionate people who work to run the community and social enterprise, as well as provide support to companions. Meet our trustee board here.

Our Staff Team

Cecile | Chief Executive

Cecile has overall responsibility for the safety, sustainability and strategic development of the community and all associated operations in line with our charitable remit and that of Emmaus.

Jo | Community Development Manager

Jo's role is overarching across community and companion welfare and development, as well as oversight of finance

Anna | Site Development Manager

Anna oversees the responsibility of the conservation and preservation of our stunning grade II listed convent buildings and manages all the onsite maintenance work.

Sue | Cafe & Catering Manager

Sue | Café & Catering Manager Sue manages our onsite café, The Old Orchard Café, as well as all aspects of community catering. She works alongside our companions and volunteers to help develop their catering skills.

Tricia | Community Administrator

Tricia oversees our day-to-day finances, including processing payments and invoices.

Aaron | Retail Coordinator

A former companion, Aaron oversees the logistics for all collections and deliveries and contracts/partnerships we have with other agencies, including the Norfolk Assistance Scheme framework agreement we have with Norfolk County Council. Aaron also coordinates daily retail activities including donations and warehouse processing, companion training and following retail policies and procedures.

Gareth | Community Development Worker

Gareth is a former companion and his role encompasses all aspects of community life, including administering medication, undertaking health and safety room checks, on-call responsibilities and offering emotional support for companions.

Nathan | Retail Coordinator

Our staff team is managed by Cecile Roberts, Chief Executive:

Our site

Our historic site is located in Ditchingham. We are on the former site of the All Hallows Community Convent. The Sisters of All Hallows kindly offered our community a long-term base set in several acres in the tranquil convent grounds. We first opened our doors to companions in 2011.
