On November 30th we started our first Warm Wednesday Cafe located at St. James and All Souls Parish, Salford, which will continue to take place every Wednesday throughout winter.

The Warm Wednesday Cafe was set up due to the recent energy price hikes, meaning many people in Salford are struggling to heat their homes. Spaces like this have been set up all over the country to allow people to stay warm without it negatively affecting their finances.

The weekly event will continue to take place every Wednesday until further notice and has a pay as you feel cafe with hot soups, sandwiches and drinks all served and prepared by companions at Emmaus Salford.
