Emmaus Salford supports people to work their way out of homelessness. Learn more about our charity, community and social enterprise.
Emmaus Salford's success relies on the continued support of individuals and organisations. Find out how you can make a difference today.
Emmaus Salford has a workshop and warehouse space where we receive, process and prepare items for sale in our shops.
Our Emmaus Salford workshop acts as the main hub of our social enterprise operations. We carry out basic repairs of furniture items and all donated electrical items are PAT tested on-site. We also use our workshop space to improve and upcycle items to help them become even more desirable for sale.
If we are unable to sell a donated item, Emmaus Salford companions recycle them or arrange to transfer to other good causes or charitable organisations in our local community.
The Emmaus Salford Community Homestore and Seaford Road Charity Shop have now reopened. We’re unable to receive drop-off donations but have now resumed furniture collections. Find out more in our latest Covid-19 update.
