The Emmaus Hull & East Riding Outreach team work with some incredible organisations who have taken positive steps to look out for people who are rough sleeping.
The community venues below have all agreed to open as Cool Spaces, where people can receive some respite from the sun, a place to rest and stay hydrated. Our Outreach team is able to visit these venues to offer additional support to help people on their journey from homelessness.
Beverley Cool Spaces
- Toll Gavel Church: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 10am-11am
Bridlington Cool Spaces
- Christ Church: Monday and Wednesday, 11am-12pm
- St Marks Church: Thursday, 9am-12pm
- Emmanuel Church: Monday to Friday, 10am-12pm
- The Mind Hub: Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm and Sunday, 12:30am-6pm
Goole Cool Spaces
- Two Rivers Community Centre: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am-1:30pm
Hessle Cool Spaces
- All Sanits Chruch: Monday to Sunday, 9am-12pm
