Join our warm and welcoming team as a Volunteer Charity Shop Retail Assistant, where you’ll not only meet new people but also make a positive impact.
As the friendly faces our customers rely on, you’ll play a vital role in our charity shop on Red Lane, Coventry. From keeping things organised and tidy to ensuring products are presented beautifully, your efforts will shine in creating appealing displays and helping to serve our customers.
Your engaging personality, clear communication, and punctuality are what we’re looking for. No worries if you’re new to retail – we’ll provide full training.
Can you spare a few hours? Our shop is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, and we kindly request our Volunteer Retail Assistants to contribute at least once a week. Located at our Emmaus shop, 70 Red Lane, Coventry CV6 5EQ, you’ll enjoy a 20% Volunteer Discount, training in Customer Service, Health & Safety, and Manual Handling, along with provided lunch and travel expenses refunded.
