I have been involved with the charity for over 10 years now, my role is the day to day management, I love being ‘hands on’ as well as looking at the bigger picture of where the charity is going in the next five to 10 years.
My role is to oversee and manage the support provided to companions and ensure they feel safe within the community they live in.
My role is to provide specific support to each companion, to enable them to progress positively.
I have the responsible role of making sure we are managing our finances correctly. I provide management information to staff and trustees to enable them to make informed decisions.
My role is to ensure that administrative processes run efficiently for companions and staff.
I am responsible for overseeing the running and development of the business and enterprise part of Emmaus Coventry and Warwickshire. I work with companions to manage our charity shop on Red Lane in Coventry and supervise our collections and deliveries service.
I am a driver with Emmaus; my work is varied as I sometimes work on the collections of donations and sometimes on our Bulky Waste contracts.
