Due to the overwhelming volume of donations, from Friday 23rd October we will no longer being accepting any donations until further notice. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you to all our wonderful supporters who continue to donate everything… even the kitchen sink on occasion! It’s thanks to your donations that we are able to continue working towards reducing homelessness in Cambridge.
When you donate to Emmaus Cambridge, you have a direct impact on the lives of people working hard to rebuild their lives following homelessness.
All items donated to our shop allow our community to continue providing a home, meaningful work and support to formerly homeless people through our social enterprise.
We accept pre-loved furniture, household items, clothing, white goods, garden furniture, glassware, textiles, crafts, electronics, media, and much more. All items must be in a good saleable condition.
If in doubt about the condition of your item, or if you wish to arrange for your items to be collected, please call 01223 863 657 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All donations can be left at our temporary drop off area in a marquee, now in the top car park at our community in Landbeach.
Green End, Landbeach, Cambridge, CB25 9FD.
We are extremely grateful to for all the donations we receive, however, due to high waste disposal costs and trading standards, there are some items we are unable to accept. We’re currently unable to do any repairs, reupholstering or cleaning of items so please ensure any donations are clean and are immediately saleable.
Did you know that unlike some charity shops, we can accept some electrical items? That is because we PAT and function test everything to ensure it works properly and is safe to use before we sell it in our shop.
