Join our community after our 30th Birthday Celebration for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 28th August at 5pm. During our AGM our Chief Exec, Diane Docherty, and Chair of Trustees, Matthew Last, will reflect over the last year, discussing the successes and challenges we have faced. The meeting will be held in the shop and will last around 1 hour.

The Board of Trustees are proposing a number of changes to our Articles of Association as detailed in the attached Special Resolution. Please be prepared to vote on these resolutions at the meeting.

Under the compulsory three-year term rule four of our trustees are due to stand down this year, Andrew Cornish, John Murphy, Joanna May and Matthew Last.  All have confirmed that they are willing to stand again.

No Trustees were co-opted during the year.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to nominate a proxy on your behalf, please contact James Irons [email protected]

I would like to thank all of you for your continuing support of the community’s work and look forward to seeing you on 28th August 2021.
