You may have seen our vans and shopped in our store, but did you know that Emmaus Oxford also provides housing and support to up to 28 people who’ve been homeless?
We offer a real solution to homelessness. But we’re a small, independent charity and we rely on your support. Last year we spent £730,214 providing accommodation, work experience and support to 38 homeless people. What we do works. But we need your help to do it. Any donation you make will go directly to helping homeless people to rebuild their lives.
We rely on your continued support and kind donations to keep us going; selling, recycling, or otherwise generating an income from everything you give us so that we can continue to offer support to formerly homeless men and women in Oxford.
We are happy to accept most household items, but there are some exceptions for either legal or practical reasons. This includes soft furnishing without a fire label, safety items, baby equipment or any item that is not in a saleable condition.
If you’re unsure – give us a call!
