Van Appeal: Help us buy a new charity van

Our van is the lifeblood of our Hinckley-based homelessness charity, but after more than 10 years it’s spending more time in the garage than on the road. Every donation helps us keep changing lives in Hinckley and beyond.

    News/Summer Fun Afternoon: 13th Aug...

You’re invited by the lovely folks at the George and Dragon pub, Stoke Golding, to join a fabulous event on Sunday 13th August.

Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland is one of the chosen charities for this special fundraising afternoon.

Event Details:

  • Location: George and Dragon, Station Road, Stoke Golding, Nuneaton, CV13 6EZ
  • Time: 12 noon until 6 pm

An afternoon packed with activities:

  • Barbeque and refreshments: Treat yourself to mouthwatering BBQ delights and quench your thirst with a selection of refreshing beverages.
  • Raffle and tombola: Try your luck and win amazing prizes from our raffle and tombola stalls. You might just be the lucky one to take home a fabulous reward!
  • Cakes and plants: Indulge your sweet tooth with delectable homemade cakes and take home some beautiful plants to brighten up your garden.
  • Crafts: Explore an array of handcrafted treasures and discover unique pieces to adorn your home or to gift to someone special.
  • Live music: Enjoy the lively tunes and uplifting melodies as local musicians grace us with their talent.
  • Face painting: Delight the little ones with face painting fun.
  • Traditional games: Step back in time with traditional games and relive the joy of old-fashioned fun.
