Meet our staff

Our CEO is responsible for managing Emmaus Leicestershire & Rutland.

Hayley is responsible for the welfare, care, support and development of our companions.
Fun Fact: Hayley is a big fan of heavy metal music and is the third person in her family to work for Emmaus.

Matt is responsible for overseeing the operations of our business and our community.
Fun Fact: Matt loves The Beatles and has a large 1960s memorabilia collection at home.

Simon is responsible for managing our two shops in Hinckley, including stock control and our furniture collection service.
Fun Fact: Simon used to be fashion model.

Beki is responsible for all financial matters in our organisation.
Fun Fact: She named one of her sons after Olly Murs.

Shaun is responsible for driving our van to collect large donated items to be sold in our charity shops, and delivering them to shop customers who have purchased too.

Linda is responsible for supervising the Brighter Futures project which provides advice, information and guidance to address barriers to employment.
Fun Fact: Linda is a vociferous reader of books and has recently had to succumb to buying a Kindle.

Emma provides support for people with barriers to move into employment and education.
Fun Fact: As a child, Emma was a Ballroom and Latin American dancer.

Maria is responsible for the administration of the Brighter Futures project.
Fun Fact: Maria once walked the Great Wall of China.
