“I’ve been at Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire for almost three years now. Before that I was rough sleeping for 10 years.

My favourite hobby is cycling. I really like to cycle around the local area when the weather is nice. Cold weather affects my asthma, so I make sure I stick to warmer days.

I enjoy cycling because keeps me fit. One of the routes I do the most is to cycle to Coombe Abbey and then on to a park in Coventry town centre.

I recently treated myself to a new bike. It’s got a comfortable seat and it’s much lighter than my old bike, which means I can go faster.

When I go out on my bike I tend to cycle for about three hours or more. I am hoping to do a sponsored cycle ride for Emmaus soon.”
