If your items are in good condition (see below), you can easily book a free collection online or by calling 024 7666 1466 to tell us about it and we’ll book in a time to collect.
Free furniture removal: which areas can we pick up from?
Our service covers areas in or near the following parts of Coventry and Warwickshire: Atherstone, Arley, Baddesley Ensor, Balsall Common, Brinklow, Coleshill, Coventry, Curdworth, Dordon, Fillongley, Grendon, Hartshill, Hurley, Kenilworth, Kingsbury, Knowle, Leamington Spa, Newton Regis, Mancetter, Meriden, Polesworth, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warton, Water Orton, Warwick, Whitacre and Wood End.
What furniture can we collect?
We welcome a wide range of clean, re-sellable furniture, including sofas, wardrobes, dining sets, tables, chairs, white goods (such as fridges/freezers), beds, chests of drawers, dressers and other large pieces of furniture. Unfortunately we’re unable to accept soft furnishings without a valid fire label, gas appliances, unassembled flatpack furniture, or any item not in a sellable condition.
Book a free collection (for large items in good, reusable condition)
What if my furniture can’t be resold?
If your large item is broken or too worn to be resold in our charity shops, you can take it to your local recycling centre. If that’s not an option, or if it’s too big for your car, you can book a Bulky Waste Collection with your local council for a small fee.
Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire partners with Coventry City Council and North Warwickshire Borough Council to run their Bulky Waste Collection services. For a small fee paid to your council, you can book an appointment, and we’ll collect your items on their behalf.

Every furniture collection helps fight homelessness
The things you donate will raise funds for your local homelessness charity. We’ll sell them in our Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire charity shop on Red Lane in Coventry.
