Our Gloucester and Nailsworth shops are open Monday – Saturday from 9am – 5pm and our Stroud shop is open Tuesday – Saturday from 9am – 5pm.
We are accepting donations every day at our Gloucester, Nailsworth and Stroud shops from 09:30 until the daily capacity is reached. It is therefore advisable to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Large donations must be pre-booked in advance, by contacting the specific shop, to ensure that your donation can be accepted. For our shop phone numbers, visit here.
If you have white goods or furniture to donate, and are unable to transport them to one of our shops, you can request a collection by emailing the Collections Office at [email protected], calling 01452 413 095, or by clicking on ‘book a collection’ to complete the online booking form.
We are extremely grateful to for all the donations we receive, however, due to high waste disposal costs and trading standards, there are some items we are unable to accept due to space, demand, condition and legal reasons.
Did you know that unlike some charity shops, we can accept some electrical items? That is because we safety and function test everything to ensure it works properly and is safe to use before we sell it in our shop.
