COVID-19 donation advice
We will now accepting donations at our Nailsworth, Gloucester and Stroud shops.
Please ensure that all items you will be donating are in good saleable condition and have been cleaned. If you can, please pack the items in bags or boxes and label if possible.
To safely handle donations and ensure we have space to store them for 48 hours before going on the shop floor, we might need to ask people to come back with their donations another day.
We are also conducting a limited collections service of large items only (furniture and white goods) from outside customers’ homes. To book a collection please contact our Chequers Road shop on 01452 413095.

We are extremely grateful to for all the donations we receive, however, due to high waste disposal costs and trading standards, there are some items we are unable to accept due to space, demand, condition and legal reasons.
Did you know that unlike some charity shops, we can accept some electrical items? That is because we safety and function test everything to ensure it works properly and is safe to use before we sell it in our shop.
