Thank you for entering the Emmaus Gloucestershire Piano Competition! Before we share your video on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, we need to get your consent. Please read the below information and then submit the consent form if you are happy to continue. For under 18s entering our competition, a parent or guardian must complete the form below on behalf of the entrant.

How we will use your video

We will use your video, or the video of the under 18 you are a parent/guardian of, in the following ways:

On our Facebook page
On our Instagram page

You should note that our Facebook and Instagram pages are public, which means that anyone, with or without their own social media accounts, can view our posts. Once we publish a video online through social media, it is not always possible to control how it is then used. It can be shared or re-used by other social media users.

Withdrawing consent

If you would like to withdraw your consent at any time, we can remove your video from our Facebook and Instagram pages. To do this, please contact us by emailing [email protected]
