We’re reaching out to our lovely community to ask for volunteers who could help keep our shops, Bistro and eBay operations running smoothly.
If you would like some fulfilling community work, helping our charity support people out of homelessness and towards a much brighter future, please get in touch!
We currently need volunteers to work within our retail areas, in em’s Bistro and to support our eBay team, helping sort, list and package items. No prior experience is necessary for any of our volunteering roles, just a can-do approach and willingness to learn and support our teams.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Donna-Louise Cobban said: “Volunteering is a mutually rewarding experience that benefits both the volunteers and the communities they serve, promoting personal wellbeing, social cohesion, and positive societal change.”
Please click on our Volunteer with us page for further details and an application form, which should be returned to [email protected].
For individual stories of our past and present volunteers, including Gill. Josette and Andrew, who talk about the benefits of volunteering and their roles at Emmaus Village Carlton, visit: Our stories – Village Carlton.
Look forward to hearing from you soon!
