Emmaus Village Carlton is looking for a Retail Manager to develop our retail and other social enterprise businesses.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to inspire, motivate and train formerly homeless people, our companions, and help them to find a positive way to move forward with their lives.
The Retail Manager will be responsible for achieving the retail business plan by supervising, training and developing the work of companions, volunteers and staff to operate a successful retail social enterprise.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
