Are you looking for a part-time role in retail and would like to work in our thriving charity supporting people after homelessness?
Our weekend Retail Assistant role involves assisting customers in our shops – Homestore, Bric a Brac, Books & Music and Boutique.
As well as maximising sales, the part-time Retail Assistant will provide excellent customer service at all times, engaging customers and actively selling to them.
Main duties of this role include:
· Making sure our shops are always well stocked and have attractive displays
· Ensuring shops are always clean, tidy and safe
· Supervising, motivating and training companions and volunteers
· Carrying out shop administration, including Gift Aid
· Supporting the organisation of retail events and promotions
· Ensuring Emmaus policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
· Actively contributing and supporting the Retail Manager and team to develop and grow retail across the Emmaus Village Carlton site
