Responsible for all maintenance requirements across the site and premises, working with external contractors and Emmaus staff, volunteers and companions.
Working as the management lead for the organisation’s preventative maintenance plan. Responsible for all health and safety, including fire safety requirements across the site and premises.
Leading, managing, training and supporting the Maintenance Assistant, Groundsman and Maintenance companions, and volunteers to ensure the efficient organisation of all site and premises maintenance requirements.
To be hands on and complete repairs and routine maintenance matters as needed, with the team or working independently.
Salary: £28,000 p/a
Hours of work: 37.50 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, worked on a flexible rota basis. Occasional weekend work may be required. Working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm.
Pension: An auto-enrolment pension arrangement whereby the employer contributes 5% and employees 3%.
Holidays: 23 days, plus Bank Holidays.
