Our Bedfordshire homelessness charity Emmaus Village Carlton is seeking a full time Catering Manager.
We’re looking for someone capable of delivering an effective and efficient catering facility, encompassing menu planning, food preparation, food ordering, budgetary control and stock management, and ensuring kitchen health and hygiene regulations are met.
The role will involve developing and progressing our catering provision to deliver healthy and high quality meals for the Emmaus Village Carlton Bistro and also our dining room, which provides meals for those being supported by the charity (known as ‘companions’).
The Catering Manager will lead, manage, train and support a team of catering staff, companions and volunteers, to ensure the efficient organisation of our catering provision.
We are looking for someone who has ability to cook for groups of 30+ when required.
We can be flexible with working hours if needed.
