Emmaus Village Carlton is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide efficient and effective administration support to the community. Tasks will include taking accurate and concise meeting minutes, reception cover, answering the telephone, and supporting our marketing activity by drafting posters and the community internal and external newsletters.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
