In preparation for getting the go-ahead to reopen our Home Store in (hopefully) the not too distant future, Emmaus Village Carlton is now accepting donations of items for our store (starting Wednesday 27th May).
If you wish to visit to donate items, please call us in advance as we’re allowing visits by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer a donation collection service at the moment. All donated items need to be in a re-sellable condition please (we have to pay to dispose of things we can’t sell). Click for further guidance on items we’re able (and unable) to accept.
Please book an appointment by ringing our reception on 01234 720826. Our phone line is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30am – 4pm. We will arrange a 15 minute time slot (Wednesday to Sunday, 10.30am – 4pm) and give you information about our contactless donation system. Please tell us about everything you’re planning to bring as we’re unable to accept additional items on the day, due to limited storage space.
Our site remains closed to visitors without an appointment. We appreciate your understanding as we work to protect each other during these unprecedented times.
Please be reassured that our new system allows for all newly-donated items to be left for 72 hours before being sorted ready for the Home Store.
