As from tomorrow (25th August), we’ll be making a few changes around our site, in line with government lifting of restrictions.
Safety measures
To continue to keep our community and visitors safe, if you or a family member that you live with are waiting for a COVID test result, feeling unwell or displaying any COVID symptoms, please do not visit.
Emmaus Village Carlton customers are no longer be required to wear a mask (although you are welcome to do so). We have also removed the one-way system. We request that customers be mindful about maintaining social distancing whilst shopping and make regular use of the hand sanitising stations provided.
We have carried out a rigorous Risk Assessment with enhanced cleaning measures and perspex screens at our tills, and we’re asking customers to pay using contactless if possible.
Bistro changes
The em’s Bistro indoor dining area is returning to full capacity, with the outdoor picnic tables still available.
Dropping off donated items – book online coming soon
There will still be a booking system in place for dropping off items for resale, so we kindly ask you to call us on 01234 720826 and make an appointment if you have items to donate. We are pleased to announce that we are currently working on an online booking system so when that’s launched, you’ll be able to book appointments on the website. Watch this space!
