We are pleased to announce that all of our shops – at Carshalton, Caterham, Purley and Wallington – have now re-opened.

All shops will be open daily – excluding Sundays – from 9.00am-5.00pm, except on Wednesdays when they will open at 9.30am. Safety measures will be in place and these include restricting the number of customers onsite at any one time so please be aware that you may have to queue; we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our toilets will be closed to customers.

Face coverings are by law required in all shops from 24th July.

Addresses can be found here.

Opening hours

Monday-Saturday, 9.00am-5.00pm (except Wednesdays, 9.30am-5.00pm)

Closed Sundays

Payment

Please pay for your purchases by card rather than cash: contactless is preferable where possible.

Donations of goods

Your donations of good-quality items are very welcome. If you can drop these off at a shop, please clean them first. We would also really appreciate it if you could pack them in bags or boxes sealed with tape and labelled.

However, please note:

  • No donations can be accepted at Carshalton due to a lack of space;
  • At Purley, we will only be able to accept donations on Mondays and Thursdays; and
  • At Caterham and Wallington, space is limited so, as much as we appreciate your donations, we may have to decline them if our quarantine area for the day is full. If so, you would be welcome to bring them back the next day but on the same understanding. If you have a particularly large donation to make – such as a van-load – you are advised to give us a call first (or preferably the day before) so that we can let you know how much space we have and ensure that you don’t have a wasted journey.

Please bear this in mind and do not bring us anything which is not saleable as it will either be declined or take up valuable space in our quarantine area and then we will incur charges to dispose of it.  Thank-you for your understanding.

When collecting larger donations, our van crew will have full PPE and we ask that you bring these to your doorstep for them to collect. Again, please clean these before our crew arrive and bear in mind that, as always, if our van crew do not believe that items are suitable for resale, we would regretfully be unable to accept them. If you would be unable to move the items to your doorstep, please call us on 0300 123 2001 for advice.

To arrange a collection, please call us on 0300 123 2001 (Monday-Saturday) or complete our form here. Following lockdown, we are receiving a high volume of calls offering donations so please be patient with our team who are working as quickly as they can to deal with them. If you have left an answerphone message, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We have completed risk assessments which you can view for Carshalton, Caterham, Purley and Wallington.
