Next week, join Emmaus Suffolk, at the Unity Centre Open Day and discover a variety of local health and wellbeing services while exploring the welcoming wellbeing space.

Located in Whitton, the Unity Centre is a community hub offering services to help you stay well, active and connected.

On Tuesday 8th July, the centre will be open for you to speak with local councillors, get a quick health check, meet walking & cycling groups, try an e-bike and get involved in creative health projects.

Emmaus Suffolk will be there with a friendly stall and plenty of information about our wellbeing hubs across Ipswich and Felixstowe. Our Wellbeing Workers will be on hand to chat and answer any questions.

We’re excited to be part of this new project, brining accessible health and wellbeing activities to more people across Ipswich.

Emmaus Hubs at the Unity Centre:

🎶Singing for the Soul: Starting Friday 4th July, join us at the Unity Centre every 1st Friday of the month for our uplifting singing group (all other Fridays remain at The Royal Oak).

🤝 Tuesday Drop-In Hub: From Tuesday 14th July, our drop-in hub will also move to the Unity Centre, providing a warm, supportive space to connect

Come along, see what’s happening, and find new ways to support your wellbeing within your community!
