Whatever your reason for donating to us, we appreciate it. We believe that resources should be shared, and that until everyone has what they need, no one should have too much. Whether you’re donating items for re-use, or offering your time, money, or support – THANK YOU! Every penny we raise is re-invested in providing a home, purpose, and opportunities for those that need them. Let’s face it, we’ve all got too much stuff! Stuff we don’t need, and stuff we’ve got bored of. Give it us and help us spread the love of preloved.

There’s not much we can’t accept. Anything you’ve loved we’ll love, but we can’t take your really unloved stuff. We can only accept items which are clean, undamaged, and in good, saleable condition – things somebody else is going to love too.

We know it’s a bummer, but there are a few things that we simply can’t accept. We try to accept as much as we can but there are some things it’s illegal for us to accept, and other things that if we accepted them would cost the charity money to dispose of, taking vital funds away from delivering our support and services to those who really need them.

Gift Aid it!

Gift Aid it!

Donating your pre-loved stuff to us is pretty cool already, but we can get an even bigger bang for our buck if you GIFT AID it too. Basically, if you’re a UK Tax Payer, GIFT AID allows us to claim back a bit more money on the value of your donation from the UK Government. It doesn’t cost you a thing and it makes us an extra 25% . Everyone’s a winner! There’s no catch but you do need to give us consent to claim it back. You only need to do it once, then tell us every time you donate to us and we’ll do the rest. We’ll write to once a year to tell you how much extra your donation made us.
