Emmaus South Manchester is appealing for donations of good quality items to keep our Emporium stocked and generate the funds we need to open a new Emmaus community.
We are happy to accept most furniture items as long as they’re in good condition. This includes dining tables, chairs, side tables, cabinets, writing bureaus, dressers, bedroom furniture and older antique items. We may be able to accept some wooden items that are in need of minor repair and/or have surface damage.
In addition to furniture, we are grateful to receive drop-off donations of good quality homewares, clothes, books, bric-a-brac, vinyl and vintage items.
We can only accept drop-off donations at the Emmaus South Manchester Emporium during our opening hours which are currently Thursday to Saturday, 10am-4pm.
Alternatively, for larger items, you can request a collection using the form below or by calling Mark on 0161 769 9555. We are able to collect items from locations in Manchester, Stockport and north Cheshire.
We rely on the continued support and kind donations from individuals to generate the income needed that will go towards launching a new Emmaus community in South Manchester.
Most items will be ready for sale straight away, others may need a repair or refurbishment in our on-site workshop. Rest assured that our team will always do their utmost to sell, refurbish, upcycle, recycle or otherwise get an income from all donations received.
