We are pleased to announce that our Knights Hill BoutiqueFurniture Superstore, Electrical Shop, Clothes Shop and our shop at 88 Knights Hill (pictured) will be open from Thursday, 3rd December.

These shops are open Monday-Saturday, 9.30am-5.00pm.

We will be unable to accept donations at our Brixton shop due to lack of space.

Safety measures will be in place at all shops and these include restricting the number of customers onsite at any one time so please be aware that you may have to queue; we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our toilets will be closed to customers.

Face coverings are by law required in all shops since 24th July.

Addresses can be found here.

Opening hours

West Norwood: Daily – excluding Sundays – 9.30am-5.00pm.

Brixton: Daily – 9.30am-5.00pm

Payment

Please pay for your purchases by card rather than cash: contactless is preferable where possible.

Donations of goods

Your donations will once again be welcomed. Please take clothes and bric-a-brac to our 9 Knights Hill shop, SE27 0HS. Items no longer need to be placed into quarantine prior to being made available to the public. The latest government guidance on keeping workplaces Covid-secure has removed the requirement to quarantine donated and returned goods. We have been overwhelmed by your generosity and our basement is filling up so please give us just one bag per day.

If you wish to drop furniture or electricals off, please call our team on 0300 123 2001 (Monday-Saturday) to arrange a suitable time. Please do not turn up without calling as we may not be able to accept them.

When collecting larger donations, our van crew will have full PPE and will request that everyone leaves the room while they remove the donated items. Again, please clean these before our crew arrive and bear in mind that, as always, if our van crew do not believe that items are suitable for resale, we would regretfully be unable to accept them.

To arrange a collection, please call us on 0300 123 2001 (Monday-Saturday) or complete our form here. Following lockdown, we are receiving a high volume of calls offering donations so please be patient with our team who are working as quickly as they can to deal with them. If you have left an answerphone message, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
