The aim of the charity is to create a Community that provides a home and meaningful occupation for people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion. To help fund this work, we sell donated items from our 9 shops in South London and Surrey.

Donations:

We rely on donations from the public to help with the ongoing work of the charity. We are grateful but need to let donors know that we can only accept items that we can sell. This is a list of what we are unable to accept

Deliveries:

All items purchased in our shops can be delivered to your home. There is a delivery fee that is set by the postcode where we need to deliver them. The cost of this is available in all of our shops. The amount is the same if you purchase one or multiple items.

Collection services:

We can collect saleable furniture free of charge. We can collect from the following local boroughs: Lambeth, Bromley, Southwark, Surrey, Sutton, Croydon, Merton, Wandsworth, Epsom & Ewell, Reigate, Banstead and Tandridge.

We also accept donations on-site (parking is available in most of our shops, please call 0300 123 2001 to confirm beforehand).

House clearance:

Our experienced team can sort and clear homes, lofts, garages, commercial buildings and educational facilities, which is inexpensive and efficient.

All saleable items are packed and removed free of charge. These are then displayed for sale at our retail outlets where they generate funds to support the work of Emmaus SLC.

Damaged and unsaleable items can also be removed and disposed of via local waste management services, for an agreed fee.

Property clearance services are available on request.

For general inquiries and furniture donations please contact us on 0300 123 2001.
