Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have made the decision to temporarily change our day-to-day operations. Our priority remains the wellbeing of our Companions, staff, volunteers, donors, customers and local community. We continue to monitor the advice given by the NHS and government to ensure that we are doing the best we can for everybody.
West Norwood shops
We have temporarily closed all of our West Norwood shops.
Brixton shop
We have temporarily closed our Brixton shop.
Donations of goods
We are always grateful for your donations but are unable to accept any at this time.
Please do not attempt to book a collection on our website.
Please do not leave any items outside our buildings until further notice as we cannot process them. Once we are fully open again, we will be happy to receive your donations.
Deliveries
If you have already arranged a delivery with us, we will be in touch to discuss your options when we re-open.
