Setting up an online giving page is a great way to share your event and gives your supporters an easy way to donate. We use JustGiving and creating a fundraising page is quick and easy.

- Go to our JustGiving page and choose to be a fundraiser by clicking the start fundraising button
- Log in if you already have an account, or select Sign up in the top right of the page to create an account
- Select Start Fundraising from the top of the screen
- Select that you are fundraising for a charity
- Search for Emmaus Sheffield (RCN 1085609) and select us
- If you are raising in memory of someone, you can enter details here
- Choose the type of activity you are fundraising for and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your fundraising page (if you are raising money for an occasion, choose Just Fundraising and you can select the type of celebration)
- Finalise your selection, launch your page and start raising money

Share your page – Tell everyone about your fundraising event and keep them updated. Use social media, email and messaging platforms to encourage support
Update your progress – Updating the page regularly will keep supporters interested and involved, and encourages your supporters to share your page
Post event updates – Let everyone know how you did and keep fundraising. 20% of donations come in after the event is finished, so send out an update email with your final appeal for support
