Relax at our new community café in Preston city centre. Emmaus Department Store provides a wide range of different departments offering everything from clothing to toys and washing machines to vintage furniture. Our café even has a play area for the kids too.
Lancashire menu
Emmaus Café is proud to offer a range of delicious Bowens Pies from local award-winning bakery based in Lancashire. Bowens Pies use local ingredients and have been baking for over 30 years, winning acclaim with awards like ‘Champion Pie’ at the British Pie Awards.
All our pies come with mash, peas or beans and gravy. We dare you to try our ‘Full Monty’ (for details ask at the till). Or if you’d like something different, we provide hot dogs and sausage rolls.
Among our sweet treats is a range of Lancashire-made, real dairy-farm, Wallings ice cream. Wallings flavours are the perfect accompaniments for a generous slice of our delicious cake. Remember you can always ask for yours in a cone, waffle or tub – just don’t forget your flake!
Real coffee beans
We use real coffee beans in the making of our cappuccino, expresso and mochaccino, mix of coffee and chocolate. All the coffee on our menu is available in decaf and we offer tea and chai as well as hot chocolate.
You can also choose from a range of cold refreshments from our fridge, with a selection of fizzy or still drinks now available.
