What is the role of the Board of Trustees?
Our Board of Trustees is responsible for providing strong and effective governance for our organisation. This involves setting the strategic direction, approving and reviewing policies and procedures, appointing executive leadership, and ensuring that we operate in line with our mission, values, and governing document.
You can view our current Board of Trustees here.
Time Commitment for Trustees
Trustee Board Meetings are held roughly every six weeks on a mutually convenient evening from 6pm to 8.30pm at the community in Cowley. There are also ad-hoc meetings and an annual AGM as well as occasional away days and potential opportunities to represent the community on a local, national and international level.
This is an unsalaried volunteer role; however, we can pay travel expenses if required.
