Emmaus Oxford on Barns Road, Cowley is recruiting a full-time Store Manager. It’s an exciting and important time for our charity as we work to help more people out of homelessness and poverty as part of an ambitious strategy.
About the role
The post holder will manage and develop the Emmaus Oxford store on Barns Road Oxford. Lead the team delivering an effective and efficient collection/delivery and House clearance service, merchandising, maximising income ensuring income and gift aid targets and providing an excellent customer service and donation experience. About Emmaus
Emmaus is a unique, secular organisation supporting people affected by homelessness and social exclusion. There are currently over 30 Emmaus communities across the UK, stretching from Glasgow to Dover and Norfolk to South Wales, including three Emmaus groups working towards the development of services in their areas. Each Emmaus community provides a home, tailored support, training and work opportunities to the people they support – known as Emmaus companions. Collectively, the Emmaus federation supports more than 1,000 people with experience of homelessness.
