We’re delighted to be taking part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge once again — from 2-9 December 2025. For one week only, every pound you donate to Emmaus Oxford through the Big Give website will be automatically doubled, thanks to match funding. That means your support will go twice as far in helping people rebuild their lives after homelessness.
This year, we’re aiming to raise £20,000 in just 7 days to fund our new Move On Project — an initiative designed to help people make lasting changes and move forward into independent living.
One in four people who experience homelessness will face it again. The Move On Project aims to change that. By providing tailored support with employment, housing, wellbeing, and community integration, we’re helping people gain stability, purpose, and a renewed sense of hope. Together, we can help break the cycle of homelessness for good.
Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing inspiring stories, photos, and videos on our Facebook & Instagram channels — celebrating the progress our companions have made and showing how your donations make a real difference in Oxford.
