We are recruiting for an experienced B2C Development Manager to join our team.
The B2C Development Manager will be responsible for our consumer business operations, including developing retail sales and leading and inspiring our companions, volunteers and staff who all work in the business. They will manage and develop the existing B2C offer, including expanding retail enterprises and developing new B2C opportunities in hospitality and catering.
The successful candidate will have B2C management experience and experience in ecommerce with a track record of increasing online sales. They will have great retail business development ability, communications skills, experience of training and supporting people with complex needs and a positive “can do” attitude.
