Please note that, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to run our collection service or accept donations at any of our shops.

We rely on donations of high quality goods from our supporters to keep our shops in Norwich and Ditchingham stocked up, and to enable us to support people in Norfolk through the NAS scheme.  If you have good quality furniture or white goods that you are considering replacing, please consider donating to us at Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney.

We offer a free collection service for large items of furniture, white goods and bulk donations of bric-a-brac and clothes.  We collect furniture from certain areas across the county, but please speak to us to check if your area is covered.

Small furniture or donations are gratefully received at our shop in Ditchingham. We cannot accept donations at our Norwich store.

While we do accept most household furniture items, there are some exceptions for either legal or practical reasons. Items we currently cannot accept.

If you have any items you wish to donate and need to arrange a collection with our team, please complete our collections form by clicking the button below or call 01986 895444 We are happy to come and have a look at your products but, at the driver’s discretion, we can only accept items that are in a good saleable condition.

We also offer a House Clearance Service. For more information visit House Clearance Service – Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney
