Your donated items are helping to have a direct impact on the lives of people working hard to rebuild their lives following homelessness.
All items donated to our shops allows our community to continue providing a home, meaningful work and support to formerly homeless people in our social enterprise.
We accept pre-loved furniture, household items, clothing, white goods, garden furniture, glassware, textiles, crafts, electronics, media, and much more. All items must be in good saleable condition.
If in doubt about the condition of your item, please check out the section below on items we do and don’t accept or call us on 01986 895444 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our main retail outlet in Ditchingham is a large former convent boasting showroom after showroom of quality second-hand furniture, electrical items, white goods, upcycled items and much more. Also on site is our Old Orchard Cafe, which serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes, and hot sausage rolls. In addition, we have a small charity shop selling bric-a-brac in the traditional market town of Bungay
We are extremely grateful to for all the donations we receive, however, due to high waste disposal costs and trading standards, there are some items we are unable to accept due to space, demand, condition and legal reasons.
Did you know that unlike some charity shops, we can accept some electrical items? That is because we PAT and function test everything to ensure it works properly and is safe to use before we sell it in our shop.
