We're converting the upstairs of the convent building into a unique Bed and Breakfast!
This June learn how to upcycle furniture in our stunning site, the All Hallows Convent, whilst supporting formerly homeless people to have a fresh start in life.
Transform an unloved item of furniture into a beautiful statement piece! We’ll cover the basics of project preparation, paint, brush and tool selection, and colour choice, as well as pitfalls to avoid, as you tackle your own project. Our friendly informal setting will give lots of opportunity to ask questions along the way.
Our furniture upcyling workshops will be run by Michele of Mouse Design in Bungay, Michele creates beautiful, personal furniture from pre-loved items. Check out her work here
The event will run from 10am – 2pm on Tuesday 13th June and tickets cost £65 including all materials and tools needed as well as refreshments. Please bring along a small piece of furniture to upcycle. Every ticket helps to support the work we do with vulnerable and homeless people.
