Join us for the launch of our Christmas display with a wide range of secondhand decorations, trees, gifts and stocking fillers available.

If you have a limited budget or want to shop more sustainably this year, Emmaus Mossley is the place to come. We’ll have a wide selection of affordable decorations, secret Santa gifts, presents for under a fiver, vintage and retro goods, reusable trees and a visit from Santa. To help get you in the seasonal spirit, Lucie’s Café will be serving festive food, sweet treats and drinks throughout the day.

Come along and be the first to find those perfect pre-loved gifts, presents and stocking fillers. From rocking horses and vinyl records to festive jumpers and random gifts… Emmaus is your one-stop shop for more sustainable and thrifty shopping in the run-up to Christmas.

Our Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 18 November, 10am-4pm, at the Emmaus Mossley Secondhand Superstore, Longlands Mill, Queen Street, Mossley, OL5 9AH.

Fresh stock

We have plenty of items for everyone and we will be replenishing stock throughout the day. The majority of our festive decorations and Christmas items will be found in The Shed at the end of our yard.

Car parking

We will have limited parking for disabled badge holders only in our yard. If travelling by car, please park your car considerately and avoid blocking access or parking outside our neighbours’ houses on Queen Street. Car parking is available at the bottom of Queen Street (access via Waggon Road), on Manchester Road or on the pay and display car park off Mill Street/Waggon Road.

Donating goods

You will be able to drop off donations throughout the day and we will have the Emmaus van parked at our main gate as a drop-off point for donations. We kindly ask that you refrain from donating very large items on this day. For an up-to-date list of the items we’re currently able to accept, please visit this page.

Bring your bags

As always, we kindly ask that you remember to bring your reusable bags for life. If you have any shopping bags going spare that you would be willing to donate, please drop them off at one of the till points upstairs.
