Daren Newman offered to support us in creating a 20th anniversary logo that will be used throughout our celebrations in 2017. After meeting with companions and staff, Daren developed a number of designs with feedback from our community.
“Emmaus is such a great charity and it was easy to be inspired by the work they do and the people involved. I was very honoured when asked if I would be interested in working with the Mossley community on creating an identity to celebrate their 20th anniversary. It was a joy to meet with the companions and staff.
We wanted the companions to feel a connection with the project so it was important that everyone involved had their input and contributed to the final design. We have also spoken about some other possible projects to celebrate their 20th year. The final logo design will feature on printed materials, our 20th anniversary history book and limited edition t-shirts. We are also looking forward to working with Daren on some other exciting creative projects that will celebrate our past, present and future.
