Van Appeal: Help us buy a new charity van

Our van is the lifeblood of our Hinckley-based homelessness charity, but after more than 10 years it’s spending more time in the garage than on the road. Every donation helps us keep changing lives in Hinckley and beyond.

We recently asked customers at our Emporium in Hinckley to share feedback about their shopping experience. We’re delighted with the results!

Highlights from the survey include:

  • 100% of customers said they would visit us again
  • 100% rated their overall shopping experience positively
  • 99% said they would recommend us to family and friends
  • 96% praised our team for being polite and helpful
  • 90% felt we offered good value for money
